Exhibits to be placed 12pm to 7pm Thursday Sept. 11th, 2008 in the Garage.  All exhibits to be removed at 5pm Saturday Sept. 13th.  Prize money will be forfeited if exhibit is removed early.

All sheaves to be minimum 3 inches in diameter at the top ribbon or band.
All hay must be in plastic bags.

Class 18 Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar

**SYRUP MUST BE THIS YEAR PRODUCT**

Note:  Minimum acceptable density 66% brix or 66% sugar.  Must be 2008 Maple Products and in Extract Bottles
