Note: All food to be displayed in clear plastic bags (Ziploc or closed with twist ties.) Ziploc preferred to facilitate judging. Please attach exhibitor tag to the plate not the plastic bag. Bread should be at least 24 hours old. Rolls are individual. Buns are attached. Cakes are to be removed from pans, and displayed on foil covered boards.
