Exhibits to be placed by 7pm Thursday Sept 16th, 2010. On Saturday Sept 18th the Main Hall will close at 5:00pm for Exhibitors to gather their entries. If the entries are removed earlier, prize money will be forfeited. Please call the chairperson if you have any questions.

Note: All food to be displayed in clear plastic bags (Ziploc or closed with twist ties.)
Ziploc preferred to facilitate judging. Please use disposable plate.
Please attach exhibitor tag to the plastic bag. Bread should be at least 24 hours old.
Rolls are individual. Buns are attached.
Cakes are to be removed from pans, and displayed on foil covered boards.

Exhibits must be presented in 700-750 ml (25-26oz) Classical round wine bottles, with a cork screw or screw cap closure.
