**Note All completed and signed entry forms are to be sent to Martine Pepler, 440 Line 8 N, RR 2 Oro Station, Ont. L0L 2E0 to be received at least one week prior to Show date so cage tags can be prepared. Include exhibitor # if you have received one or one will be assigned to you.
